Amigos began at a street cart where the hot plancha met the crowd. From Jalisco tradition to the Los Angeles sidewalk, each birria taco was seared, dipped in rich consommé, and passed across the cart to neighbors. Simple tools, careful hands, flavor that spoke for itself.
